What currency is the price in?
All price are in Indonesia rupiah. Our payment gateway can automatically convert from your local currency.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept major credit cards: master and visa cards.

Is it SAFE to pay using credit card directly?
We ensure customer safety, we use Xendit Fraud Screening international standard to encrypt every transaction in this website.

Is shipping really free? Which countries do you ship to?
Yes!  We offers free worldwide shipping on all items!
All items price include free worldwide shipping.

When will I receive my order?
After you fill order form, we will send you invoice and verifiy your payment and ship within 1-2 working days. International delivery is around 14-30 working days, exclude weekend. So, please be patient waiting for your goods. If you can not wait, please do not buy from us.

How to check tracking?
You can check tracking directly from our website, just input your tracking and click next (it is located on the home, at the right side)

How are customs and taxes issues handled?
Customs and import duties including any taxes, tariffs or item seized, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items shipped from our warehouse are not subject to export taxes.
Our common Airmail delivery service does not have an invoice in the package, however, express shipping methods such as TOLL Express, DHL or TNT orders must be sent out with an invoice for customs clearance.

Return Policy
1. Each return should be preauthorized. Please email us at contact@ginsengkianpi.com for the Return Authorization .

2. You will get a response withing 24 - 48 hours.  Any refused return is subject to a 50% Restocking Fee. For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 30% of your order total. 

3. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. We are not responsible for bad address, wrong address etc. International/Post Office shipments can not be rerouted.

4. All unapproved returns are subject to 50% restocking fee. Unappoved returns are the merchandise that was used, packages torn, worn and all other conditions in which the merchandise can not be sold again.

5. Credit for returns OR EXCHANGES will be issued after your merchandise is received,AND TAKES ON THE AVERAGE 4-10 DAYS depending on when we received the merchandise back,please be patient and rest assured that all will be processed in a timely maner.
